Independent, buyer-side, and certified
Inspecto Handover inspects property for the people buying it — and for nobody else.

Built by people who worked the other side.
Our Chief Technical Officer, Sami Idbies, spent his career in real estate development and contracting before moving into inspection. That background is the reason our reports find what they find: he knows which stages get rushed, which trades overlap badly, and where a finish gets applied over a problem rather than after fixing it.

Why buyer-side only matters
A number of inspection companies in Dubai take work from developers and contractors as well as from buyers. There is nothing illegal about it, but it creates an obvious problem: the company writing your report may also be hoping to win a contract from the company whose work it is grading.
We do not accept developer or contractor work. There is no relationship to protect, so there is nothing to soften. The report says what we found.
What that means in practice
- The defect list is not trimmed to keep anyone comfortable
- Severity grades reflect risk to you, not the cost of rectification to them
- We will tell you when a defect is worth holding handover over, and when it is not
- We will also tell you when a property is in good condition, because that happens
Where we work
We inspect across all seven Emirates. The majority of our work is in Dubai's newer handover communities, and our office is in Business Bay.
Inspecto Handover is operated by Handover Property Observer L.L.C., Trade Licence 1592100.
